Small Groups are a way for us at Embody Church to practically live out the values of inclusion, diversity, and locality that we strive for. While Sunday worship is a great place to gather and hear the gospel of salvation preached in a public way that leads to corporate transformation and mobilization, small groups carry out that mission in more intimate settings. Through communities of 4-6 people that meet in neighborhoods throughout the city, small groups will allow people to:

1. more deeply study the Bible (or another spiritual conversation starter), conversing and growing in knowledge of Jesus

2. more vulnerably share their thoughts and needs, and lift one another up through prayer and accountability,

3. and more practically spur one another towards good works, service, and mission in their local contexts

We currently have four small groups that are meeting:

Upper Manhattan - alternate Mondays

Lower Manhattan - alternate Tuesdays

Queens - alternate Thursdays

Brooklyn - TBD
